Return Period

The product must be shipped at your expense and within three (3) days of receiving your order.

Product Condition

Products must be lightly used. Damaged products and products not in their original packaging will not be accepted.

Return Process - Submit a Request

Return the Product

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

IMPORTANT: Returns or exchanges of products purchased from an authorized retailer must be made directly in the store .

Refund

Any product is eligible for a refund if it remains in its original packaging. It must have been lightly used. After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions

Products on sale or on promotion are not refundable.
