Return Policy
Return time
The product must be shipped at your expense and within three (3) days of receipt of your order.
Product condition
Products must be gently used. Damaged products not in their original packaging will not be accepted.
Return Process
Submit a Request

Returning the product
Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective.
IMPORTANT: Returns or exchanges of products purchased from an authorized retailer must be made directly to the store in question.
Refunds
All products are eligible for a refund if they remain in their original packaging. It must have been little used. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you by email whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
